I worked for the elite residential complex Dukley Gardens more than a year while it was still partially in construction phase. 
At the time the new sales & marketing team headed up by Mr. Colin Kingsmill wanted to push the sales so the task was to show the project as its best. Well, as usually.

Although the architecture of the project is not my ideal, the landscaping and views were quite impressive. 

So, let's have a look what the "New Mediterranean" looks like through my photo-eye.

I loved to photograph sunsets and dusk there.

The place not directly within the location of the Dukley Gardens resort but part of the project on the other side of the Budva bay, just outside the city walls of the city of Budva.
